Growave is an all-in-one retention platform that bundles loyalty, wishlist, reviews, and referrals into a single app. It supports Shopify POS, Shopify Flow, and checkout and account extensions for Shopify Plus stores, and it works in 16 languages, unusually broad for an app in this category. Store credit and VIP tiers are both part of its loyalty program, but they only unlock on its highest plan.

Worth knowing:

Store credit and VIP tiers are both locked to the Growth plan at $199 a month, the steepest gate of any app in this category. The $15 a month Entry plan does not include store credit at all, so most stores need to jump straight to the top tier to get it. Overage fees also apply beyond each plan's included order volume: $20 per 100 extra orders on Entry, $15 per 100 on Growth.

Price

Free plan covers up to 200 monthly orders with loyalty points, wishlist, and reviews. Entry is $15/month for 500 orders. Growth is $199/month for 1,500 orders and is the only plan that includes store credit and VIP tiers. 14-day free trial on paid plans.
