Rewardify takes a different approach than most apps in this category: instead of a points ledger, it's built around store credit as the reward currency, unified across POS and online so customers earn and redeem from the same balance regardless of channel. Merchants can issue credit on demand for returns or customer service, reward specific behaviors or milestones, set up VIP or employee programs, and issue rebates for sample purchases toward full-size products. Developed by Indinuity and launched in 2017, it's aimed at retailers who want credit-based incentives rather than a gamified points widget.

That flexibility comes with plan-gated features rather than a free tier. "Pro Features" are locked to the $59.95/month plan, and full features plus API access require the $149.95/month Plus plan, so a store that outgrows the basic feature set has a real jump to make, similar to how tier-based competitors gate VIP or advanced reporting behind higher pricing.

At 37 reviews, it has a much smaller review base than the category's most established names, though its 4.4 rating and 2017 launch date show a long-running, stable product rather than a new entrant.
