That recognition comes with a notable pricing gap. VIP tiers are locked to the Growth plan at $199/month, more than double what some alternatives charge for the same feature. Worth knowing:
VIP tiers require the Growth plan at $199/month. Redeem at checkout also sits at Growth, and it’s only available on Shopify Plus, so standard Shopify merchants can’t use it even at that price. Essential and Standard plans each cap integrations at 1 and 2, respectively, meaning Klaviyo and a review app can’t be connected simultaneously until $79/month. Smile’s pricing has drawn criticism in reviews from long-term users who saw costs increase as new features moved to higher tiers.
