- Essential Upsell & Cross Sell moves you up to the next plan, so your offers keep running. A store on the Free plan that passes $100 added monthly revenue is moved to a paid plan, and the free trial doesn't apply to that automatic upgrade.
- Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial when you choose your first paid plan yourself, and you aren't charged during it. The trial applies once per store. Choosing the Free plan doesn't start a trial, because there's nothing to try before paying.
