- Yes. It's a plan, not a trial. Up to 250 orders a month with the full loyalty journey: points, VIP tiers, referrals, automatic emails, on-site placements and analytics. No card required. At the cap the program pauses until you upgrade; it never charges you on its own.
- Everything the app does, with unlimited orders. It's the top plan: there is no higher tier, no usage fee, and your bill doesn't rise because loyalty is working.
- On paid plans you're upgraded in place to the next tier automatically, never billed per-order overages. On Free, the program pauses and waits for you.
- No. Plans differ by order volume and the control features listed above. There are no per-feature add-ons on any plan.
- Yes, 14 days on any paid plan.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops, no further charges. Unused time isn't refunded, so time your switch to the period end.
- Nothing is deleted: points, members, tiers and history stay intact. Features above your new plan simply switch off.
- Only if you want them to. Expiry is off by default; on Essential and above you can set a 6-24 month window.
