The loyalty block sits in the checkout itself: a customer sees their balance, applies a reward, and the discount lands before they pay. No copying a code from another tab, no dropping out of the flow to find one.
This needs both our Growth plan and a Shopify Plus store. Checkout is the part of Shopify only Plus merchants can extend. Elsewhere in the category, checkout redemption starts at $100-$499 a month and still requires Plus.
Worth knowing: store credit applies itself at checkout on any Shopify plan: no Plus, no top tier. If in-checkout redemption is the reason you're pricing up a Plus-tier loyalty app, that's the cheaper route to most of the same outcome.

Anything else? The support team answers every message, on every plan, including free.
- Usually four things: it redeems where your customers actually check out, it gives you control over cost as the program scales, it shows you the revenue and retention your program drives, and someone answers when you need help. Essential does all four. The difference is the price, and the fact that you can try it before talking to anyone.
- Only for the in-checkout loyalty block. Checkout is the part of Shopify that only Plus merchants can extend. Everything else, including store credit that auto-applies at checkout, works on any Shopify plan.
- In the rest of the category it starts at $100-$499 a month, and still requires Shopify Plus on top.
- Yes. There is no higher tier and no usage fee: unlimited orders are included.
- Yes, on Essential and above: 6, 12, 18 or 24 month windows. Off by default.
- Yes. Shopify POS loyalty shares the same balance as online, from the $10 Starter plan.
- Not a public one. If you need loyalty data connected to something specific, tell us on a call and we'll build the integration. Shopify Flow already covers custom earning rules, and Klaviyo carries loyalty data into your email flows.
- Not today: each store runs its own program. Worth raising on a call if it's a requirement, so you know where we stand before you invest time.
- Yes. Current points balances and VIP tiers come across, and we'll plan the switch with you: guided if you want to run it yourself, or done for you if you'd rather hand it over. Activity history doesn't transfer. No loyalty app can move that cleanly, and we'd rather say so upfront.
- Correct. Pricing is public and the app installs free, so you can have it running before any conversation. The call is there if you want it.
